How to Download, Complete and Print Your Baptism PDFs
A practical guide to ArisFormStudio printables, from your Etsy purchase to a saved PDF and a test print. Each listing explains exactly which files and editable fields it includes.

1. Download through your Etsy purchase
After payment is confirmed, sign in to Etsy.com in a web browser, open Purchases and reviews, and choose Download files. Etsy's app does not currently support downloading digital purchases. Guest buyers should use the download link in their receipt email.
If the purchase contains a ZIP, extract it first. Keep the original download unchanged, then work on a copy. Our free checklist and Funny Bear sample can be downloaded directly from this website without an email address.
2. Choose the right file before editing
Match the file to your paper size and purpose. An A4 file, a 5 × 7 inch invitation and a vertical phone PDF have different dimensions. Funny Bear includes A4 and US Letter files, each with Colour and Compact artwork. Compact is still colour.
Choose only the pages and language you need. Do not print every colour or language version unless you want them all.
3. Complete only the supported fields
For our fillable invitation and godparent newspaper, open the extracted PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader, preferably on a computer. Select an existing text field, replace its sample text and save a new copy. Reopen that copy to check the names, dates, accents and line breaks before printing or sharing.
Fillable text fields do not make the artwork, colours or layout editable. The newspaper's photo area is for a photograph added after printing. It is not a digital photo-upload field. The baptism planner is print-ready; its child-name line is completed by hand. Funny Bear blank cards are also for handwriting.
4. Print a single test page
Select the page you need and the correct paper size. For invitations and cards where dimensions matter, choose Actual size / 100%. Adobe defines Actual size as printing without scaling. Check the printer preview for clipping; printer margins and paper handling vary.
Test one page on ordinary paper before using cardstock or printing multiple copies. If you use a print shop, provide the supplied PDF and ask them to preserve its page dimensions. Colours can differ between screens, paper and printers.
5. Share a finished copy where the product supports it
The invitation includes a vertical phone PDF. Save your completed version and check it before sending it to family. Other kits may include ready-made PNG phone cards; check the individual listing. A phone-friendly format does not mean that editing on every phone or app has been tested.
Use the licence included with your purchase. Do not post original product files publicly or resell them. If a file does not open or print as expected, contact us through Etsy and tell us the filename, device, PDF reader and what happened. Do not send payment details.

Plannerul și cartonașele goale Funny Bear se completează de mână acolo unde este indicat.
- Fă o probă. Alege pagina și dimensiunea corectă a hârtiei. Pentru dimensiunile originale, folosește Actual size / 100%; verifică previzualizarea și marginile imprimantei înainte de mai multe exemplare.
- Distribuie versiunea finală conform licenței. Verifică numele, data, diacriticele și conținutul înainte de trimitere. Fișierele originale nu se publică și nu se revând. Pentru ajutor, scrie-ne pe Etsy cu numele fișierului și dispozitivul folosit.
Produse exclusiv digitale. Nu se livrează obiecte fizice. Condițiile și fișierele diferă între produse; citește listarea înainte de cumpărare.
